Delivery 

We send all our cards at cost price only, via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post.  (Royal Mail currently estimate 93% of 1st class deliveries will be received by next working day.)

Free devliery on all UK orders over £15, via Royal Mail 2nd class post.

Packaging

All our packaging is 100% recyclable.  Our cello wallets are made from biodegradable materials, so simply pop them into your waste bin and they’ll break down naturally.  

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, but if you are not, please return them within 14 days.  We will refund the full cost of the item(s).

Faulty Items

In the rare case that you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible: info@goldcrestgallery.com.  Please note that we are not able to take responsibility for damages incurred during transit.  If you receive goods that have been damaged because of a postal mishap, please also get in touch using the email address above.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, and definitely within 30 days.
