Delivery 

We have several delivery options for you to choose from on our site.  We’ve recently moved to using Evri, providing more affordable tracked postage options, but our original Royal Mail 2nd Class untracked option is still available at the lowest price.  With recent rises in postage costs we’re trying to reduce the impact on our customers by absorbing the cost of packaging and only passing on the cost of delivery.

 Free delivery on all UK orders over £15 is still available, via Royal Mail 2nd class post.

Packaging

All our packaging is 100% recyclable.  Our cello wallets are made from biodegradable materials, so simply pop them into your waste bin and they’ll break down naturally.  

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, but if you are not, please return them within 14 days.  We will refund the full cost of the item(s).

Faulty Items

In the rare case that you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible: info@goldcrestgallery.com.  Please note that we are not able to take responsibility for damages incurred during transit.  If you receive goods that have been damaged because of a postal mishap, please also get in touch using the email address above.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, and definitely within 30 days.
